TCG RED POCKET LEGACY – Refund & Return Policy
1. Overview
At TCG RED POCKET LEGACY, we strive to ensure all products reach you in the best possible condition. Due to the nature of trading card collectibles, most items sold are not eligible for return or refund once the purchase is confirmed. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.
2. No Return or Refund Policy (General)
We maintain a strict no return / no refund policy for all sales unless the following conditions are met:
- You received the wrong product (e.g., wrong card or wrong item entirely).
- The product is severely damaged upon arrival (not caused by delivery mishandling or minor packaging wear).
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Situations
We do not accept returns or refunds in the following situations:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Incorrect product ordered by the customer.
- Minor damage to packaging or cards due to shipping.
- Damage caused by the buyer after receiving the product.
- Opened, used, or altered products.
- All trading card sales are final due to their collectible and condition-sensitive nature.
4. Valid Refund/Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- Notify us within 3 calendar days from the date of receiving the item.
- Provide the order number, clear photos or videos of the issue, and a written explanation.
- The item must be in unused and original condition, with all original packaging (if applicable).
If approved, we may offer:
- Refund to the original payment method.
- Replacement (if stock is available).
- Partial refund, depending on the issue severity.
5. Return Shipping Responsibility
If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for securely packaging the item and shipping it back to us at their own cost (unless the fault is from our side). Tracking must be provided.
6. Damaged / Lost Parcels During Shipping
We are not liable for items lost or damaged during transit, especially for international shipments. Customers are encouraged to choose insured shipping (if available) and monitor their parcel via the tracking number provided.
